Exchange and
return due to
simple change

The exchange and return due to your simple change is within seven days of receipt of the actual product. You can exchange or refund products based on simple change of the customer if the product is not damaged or unopened. (However, the delivery fee is customer's charge. You cannot exchange or refund after the product is released.) Be sure to return both components and gifts at the same time with the product.

If you exchange or return a product due to your simple change, you must pay for the cost for the return of the product.

Reasons for
no return and
no exchange

Under the Act on the Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce, withdrawal of subscriptions may be restricted in the following cases:

  • the value of goods or options has been damaged or decreased due to the opening of packaging or the use of the goods
  • the value of the product is lost to the point of being unable to resell it due to time elapse.
